With two key arms - DairyFoods and AgriSolutions, we are here to back our communities and customers every step of the way, staying true to our roots and committed to growing together. About the role:We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Distribution & Cold Room Manager to lead our distribution team at our busy milk manufacturing site in Labrador.In this full-time position, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the cold room, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, loaded and dispatched safely, accurately and on time. You’ll lead and support a team of operators, promote a strong safety culture and help drive operational efficiency across the warehouse.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance people management with operational responsibility, working closely with production, transport and logistics teams to ensure customer service and quality standards are consistently achieved.We know how important work/life balance is and that this is different for everyone.
